At Collins Law Group, the heartbreaking devastation caused by the ongoing wildfires in Los Angeles has deeply affected us—not just as legal advocates, but as neighbors, friends, and members of this resilient community we all call home. These fires have taken so much more than buildings—they’ve tested the strength and spirit of our beloved Los Angeles family.
We’ve experienced these losses on a profoundly personal level: homes in Alta Dena destroyed, team members displaced from the Palisades, and one of our trusted probate attorneys facing the unimaginable loss of two homes in the Palisades fire. These stories of loss echo the pain felt by so many across our region, yet they also remind us of the incredible strength we find in standing together.
In moments like these, we are reminded of the unyielding power of community. As protectors of legacies and families, we remain steadfast in our commitment to support this community through every trial and every challenge. Together, we will rebuild not just the homes and spaces we’ve lost, but the hopes, dreams, and connections that make Los Angeles so special.
To support those in need, we’ve compiled a list of vital resources—including shelter, transportation, food, and other assistance—updated as of January 15, 2025.
It is our deepest hope that this guide not only provides practical help but also serves as a reminder that you are not alone. We are in this together, and together, we will emerge stronger.
With immense warmth and Love,
Collins Law Group APC
