The Collins Law Group is an experienced law firm, they really take care of you. With them, you are not just another client. I have been a client since 2004. The senior paralegal, Stracy has been there for over 25 years. When my husband passed away and I had to update all of my documents, Stracy broke down everything in a way that was easy to understand. I kept asking her the same questions over and over, and every time she explained it to me in a loving way. Stracy is professional, loving, helpful, and friendly. The whole staff wonderful and supportive which makes the process a million times easier. I recently went in to make changes to my documents to make sure that everything is up to date as I trave out of the country often. I met with Stracy and again she helped me with all of my estate planning needs. I feel like family when I go to the Collins Law Group. On this visit they provided me with a customized family trust video. It was very helpful because I don’t have a legal background and it broke everything down in a way that I understood.

My husband and I first went to the Collins Law Group back in 2005 because we were referred by a friend. We attended a seminar presented by Attorney Caprice L. Collins, it was very well presented. Attorney Collins is knowledgeable and experienced. Unfortunately, I lost my husband this year and I had to make changes to my documents and some Trust Administration. I recently went back to the firm and they were outstanding. Very empathetic and dependable. They follow through and conduct themselves professionally. This time they provided me with a custom video of my trust which I got to bring home with me. The video was helpful because if helped to make the process more understandable and less overwhelming. With the loss of my husband I have been overwhelmed. We also learned that a trust is not something you create and then ignore. It is something that needs to be managed. In addition, it is important for your family to know your wishes while you are still here so you can answer any questions they may have. Attorney Lioness is wonderful.
