The Collins Law Group created a Living Trust for my parents in 2007, after my uncle passed away intestate and my cousin who was an only child had to go to Probate. When my mother passed away in 2017 the Collins Law Group walked my father and I through the process of the death of my mother and the steps we had to take. The Collins Law Group staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and accommodate us. They were helpful in the transition of the lost my mother. The staff was very understanding even when I would call the office and my temperament was less than pleasant. No matter what, the Collins Law Group and their staff never turned me away, they continued to take my calls and assist in the transition of our loss. Although I was familiar with the importance of my parents having a Living Trust in place so that I would not have to go to Probate. Their presentation on Estate Planning provided me with the knowledge I needed so that I could step in the direction to create my own trust and continue my legacy and not lose my inheritance. I always thought that I would just inherit what my parents left me and that would be it. However, I learned that if I want to pass it along to my own children, I need a Trust of my own. I would highly recommend that more younger people do this as soon as possible and not put if off. The Collins Law Group is a great firm, they express genuine concern for their clients. My father is currently in the hospital and they went above and beyond to create my Living Trust in one day, in order to provide me peace of mind.
