My parents created their trust with the Collins Law Group in 2008 and when my father passed in 2017, the law firm assisted my mother and my siblings with the administration that takes place after the first spouse passes away. The Collins Law Group has been wonderful to work with throughout the years. They have steadily held free informational seminars, which they have transitioned to webinars due to the pandemic. They really care about the community and it shows with their free educational webinars. I recently attended one of their free webinars and it was surprising to learn the mistake that most married couples make which is to place their home in joint tenancy. I most recently came in to create my own trust and Attorney Lioness assisted with the creation of my trust. Attorney Lioness was a delight, she was very accommodating to my schedule. The law firm even gave me a video of my trust. I was able to watch the video and go through my trust, which explained the trust in a concise way. It will be of great benefit for my family to watch it as it will go through everything that needs to be done and the roles that each person will have upon my passing.
