The Collins Law Group created a Living Trust for my parents in 2007, after my uncle passed away intestate and my cousin who was an only child had to go to Probate. When my mother passed away in 2017 the Collins Law Group walked my father and I through the process of the death of my mother and the steps we had to take. The Collins Law Group staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and accommodate us. They were helpful in the transition of the lost my mother. The staff was very understanding even when I would call the office and my temperament was less than pleasant. I always thought that I would just inherit what my parents left me and that would be it. However, I learned that if I want to pass it along to my own children, I need a Trust of my own.
